Pallay Punchu Trek 1 full day or Pallay Punchu Mountain is a new adventure, a new circuit, perhaps much better than Rainbow Mountain, the most visited place by tourists from all over the world, be one of the first to explore this incredible place.

    Pallay Punchu Hike, was discovered in the Covid 19 pandemic, as people were locked up, one of the people who went to this beautiful place and posted photos through Facebook, and it quickly went viral and is now one of the sites in the sights for millions of tourists and travel agencies.

    Pallay Punchu Full Day Tour

    Be the first to explore this beautiful site full of colorful landscapes and almost similar to Rainbow Mountain, you could even say that the views are much better. This incredible place is located in the Andes of Peru, in the Cusco region and in the province of Canas, at (4790m / 15715ft) meters above sea level, in an area that belongs to the Layo district, this beautiful mountain is better known as’ Pallay Punchu de Apu Tacllo. This beautiful tour also gives you breathtaking views of colorful landscapes and you can also see a beautiful sky blue lake. Pallay Puchu means (Andean fabric of a poncho), that is why it is named for its geographical formation very similar to the Andean fabric called (Andean poncho) that protects from the cold.

    ITINERARY

    This adventure begins in the city of Cusco at your hotel. Our specialized adventure and hiking guide will come to pick you up at your hotel along with our private bus at 4:00 a.m. Then we will travel south of Cusco. A trip that will last 3 and a half hours to the province of Sicuani, here we will have breakfast, after breakfast we will continue our trip for 1 hour more to the district of Layo, here our bus trip ends. From here we will continue walking towards the Pallay Punchu de Apu Tacllo mountain, a distance of 5 kilometers that requires approximately 1 hour and a half of walking. We will reach a height of (4790 masl / 15715 feet) where we will have the complete view of the wonderful Pallay Punchu of Apu Tacllo.

    After we have finished exploring this beautiful place, we will return to our bus slowly, taking the last photos, then on our bus we will go to Sicuani Province to enjoy a delicious buffet lunch. After finishing lunch, we will return to Cusco and this adventure will end at your hotel with unique memories that you will never forget this experience in the Peruvian Andes.
